When and where does SportsPro Investment Summit take place?
The SportsPro Investment Summit will take place on 21st July at the Minster Building, London. Doors open from 08:15 and doors close at 18:00.

When and where does the VIP dinner take place?
The SportsPro Investment Summit VIP dinner will be taking place on 20th July (18:30 – 23:00) at L’Oscar 2–6, Southampton Row, London.
The main conference will follow on the 21st July.
Is there an event app?
Yes! To make the most of the event experience, download our new ‘SportsPro Events’ app and log in to your account using your registered name and email address.
For those of you familiar with our events, please note that this is a brand new platform. Please ensure you download the latest app to access the event features.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is business casual.
Travel, Accommodation and On site
Where can I book accommodation?
The SportsPro Investment Summit does not have an official accommodation partner, however we can offer some suggestions for local hotels in the area to cater for all budget types here.
Please book directly through the hotel, but if you have any questions about event logistics feel free to get in touch with the team!

There will be meeting huddles available on a first come first serve basis in the networking zone.
How's best to coordinate meetings?
You can set up and schedule meetings on the SportsPro Events app, and use our dedicated meeting huddle spaces. Speak to our help desk team if you require assistance.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom next to the networking zone.
Travelling to the UK
For those travelling to the UK without a visa or EU status, we wanted to highlight the new UK entry restrictions which came into place on 1st April 2025.
Please ensure you apply for your Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) at least 3 days in advance of your travel.

There are 4 pass types for the SportsPro Investment Summit which provide varying access.
Conference Pass – full access to the Summit, our attendee platform, and networking opportunities throughout the day
VIP Pass – everything in the conference pass, as well as our exclusive VIP dinner the evening before
Startup/Innovation Pass – everything in the conference pass, priced exclusively for earlier-stage companies
Investor Pass – everything in the conference pass, priced exclusively for members of an investment firm rate.
